Revert "test/vis: use C.UTF-8 locale"
Apparently the C.UTF-8 locale is not yet supported by upstrem glibc.
As a result this breaks the tests on distributions such as Arch Linux
which use unmodified glibc.
This reverts commit 92ee4fc43fd750246bbc1529082c0c0c8d9f233e.
